The Principals of Cohen Cormier Geriatric Care Managers

Sandra J. Cohen, R.N., B.A., and Roger Cormier, M.A., M.Th., co-founded CCG. Previously, they co-founded, developed and operated a home attendant care operation that served nearly 5,000 older adults in Alameda, Contra Costa and other Bay Area counties since 1988. When that company was acquired, Sandy and Roger decided to address a need that so often goes unmet — professional care management for older people and their families. They formed CCG to assist families who are struggling with decisions related to the caregiving needs of a family member in Alameda or Contra Costa County in the San Francisco Bay Area.
