Roger Cormier, Director of Development

Roger oversaw strategic planning, business development, marketing, administration and finances with Sandy Cohen in the same home attendant care company during the same tenure.

During the mid-70s to late 80s, he developed and managed activity centers and in-home and intergenerational support programs for older adults; directed a county-wide volunteer center; and oversaw development and community relations for an agency serving persons with physical disabilities (all in the Bay Area).

Earlier in his career, Roger provided counseling in hospital, psychotherapeutic and university settings. He has an M.A. in Human Behavior from Alliant International University (aka United States International University) and a B.A. in Philosophy from Stonehill College. He earned a certificate from IBM’s Community Leadership Training Institute.
