  • Home Care Challenges

Many families are referred to us for home care arrangements after their relative's sudden hospitalization or after a long period of physical and mental decline.

Others already have home care in place but turn to us for help dealing with the complexity of their relative's care needs or with a paid caregiver's poor performance or inappropriate or unethical behavior.

In both situations our professional care managers provide guidance, support and problem solving solutions. If a current caregiver needs to be replaced, we handle that for you without disrupting your relative's care.

We tend to every aspect of care so that you can enjoy peace of mind and be free to spend quality personal time with your relative. You can use our comprehensive service as little or as much as you want.

    This is how it works:

    • After hearing your concerns and goals, your care manager first assesses your relative's needs and home setting, then recommends a plan for home care and, if needed, other services and home adaptations.
    • Drawing from some of the best home care agencies and experienced private caregivers, we secure the lowest possible pricing for the best available candidates.
    • We identify, interview, introduce and orient the best candidate for your relative's live-in or hourly care, assistance and companionship.
    • Your care manager oversees all aspects of the care through regular visits and availability by phone. Your care manager's years of experience can prevent avoidable problems.
    • You can share any concerns with your care manager at any time. She is also available to provide advocacy and liaison with doctors and other medical providers for your relative's day-to-day and long-term medical needs.

Our service is adjustable to your changing needs. Our goal is to help you make the best possible decisions for your relative and yourself and to get the quality service and professional support you need at prices you can afford.
